First time waxing First thing first! Hair must be long enough (length of a grain of rice) or 3-4 weeks grown out! Exfoliate the night before and or take a hot shower w/ exfoliation before your appointment. To reduce pain it’s best to not have any caffeine or caffeinated beverages 24hrs prior to your wax it can make you more sensitive to pain! You can take a otc pain reliever 30 minutes prior to ur appointment to help take the edge off! The first time is the worst depending on pain tolerance but once it’s over it’s the best feeling! I have a really good technique and will definitely walk you through the whole process and will educate you as well! Wear loose clothing for after your wax as well and I have after care instructions for you as well
